Symptom
After an update, the QQ Bot gateway never comes back online and retries every 60 seconds.
Evidence what you'll see
- QQAdapter.connect() got an unexpected keyword argument 'is_reconnect'
- 'next retry in 60s' repeats forever
- The WeCom Callback adapter had the same problem
Cause
The gateway's reconnect watcher started passing is_reconnect=True on retries, but the QQ Bot and WeCom Callback adapters didn't accept that argument.
