Refunds

If we decline your sponsorship, we refund it in full. Before your week starts you can cancel for a full refund by replying to your receipt. Once your week has started, we don't refund the days already shown. If the site is unavailable for a meaningful part of your week, we add the lost days or refund them pro rata. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Disputes

If something about a charge looks wrong, please email support@agentfixboard.com first so we can sort it out.
