GUI app launched outside your shell

Cause

The GUI process can't see nvm's shell shims, so npx runs the wrong Node or none at all.

Step 2Or launch through nvm-exec (bash ~/.nvm/nvm-exec npx ...).
Step 3Fully restart the client app after editing the config.
